Brief analysis of whiteboard coating process
uneven ink absorption is related to the coating process of whiteboard and the composition of coating pigments. Generally, too fast drying in the drying process is easy to cause the migration of drilling agent. In winter, the temperature of wet paper is particularly low before drying. During the drying process, the rapid temperature rise is easy to cause the migration of private agents, which is the reason for the more ink stains in winter. Solution: there are many factors that affect tool wear when replacing paper, or cover the paper surface with varnish to fill the gap on the paper surface. The drying of wet paper in winter should not be too urgent to avoid the migration of private agents. Ink chalking after the ink film printed on the surface of whiteboard is dried, the pigment will become powdery and fall off when it encounters slight friction, which is called ink chalking. The reason is that the binder in the printing ink is too thin or too much nonvolatile is used. Immiscible solvent. The water content of the paper is too low, and the coating layer absorbs the ink too quickly. Make the binder in the ink penetrate too deep. The drying of ink is too slow, which promotes the penetration of binder. The single performance of microcomputer control is more advantageous. The quality of the binder is too poor. The solution is to improve the structure and consistency of the binder. It is a binder composed of non reactive resin and linseed oil cooked oil or medium density inking oil. Add a small amount of gloss oil or gloss oil to the ink. When designing the ink formula, the pigment with small specific gravity and large oil absorption will replace the pigment with large specific gravity and small oil absorption. For example, Hansha yellow, benzidine yellow, etc. will replace chrome yellow. The composition of the coating layer can be slightly changed. Different white boards are used to stick dirt and rub dirt on the back. When the ink is not fully dry, the printed matter is stacked on the paper receiving device of the printer in an area with sufficient natural gas. Under the pressure of its own weight, the printing ink is pasted on the back of the upper paper, and at the same time, the ink on the printing surface of the lower paper is transferred, and the printed matter becomes spotted
